CONSCIOUSNESS REVOLUTION CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT
Effective Date: Upon Digital Signature
Parties: The Consciousness Revolution Developer Collective ("Collective") and the undersigned Contributor ("You")
1. COLLECTIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All work product created during your contribution to Consciousness Revolution, including but not limited to code, documentation, designs, content, ideas, and any derivative works, shall be credited to the developers who create the tool.
- You retain credit and recognition for your contributions as part of the developer collective.
- As a collective team, all bounties and rewards received shall be shared among contributors - no creator left behind.
- No one entity or LLC shall have control over someone else's ideas and creations.
PLAIN ENGLISH: What you build belongs to all of us as a collective. You get credit for your work, and we share the rewards together. No single entity controls everything.
2. ACCESS BOUNDARIES
You understand and agree to the following access limitations:
- NO backend access - Server infrastructure, databases, and admin panels are off-limits
- NO credential access - API keys, passwords, and authentication tokens are never shared
- NO deployment rights - Only Commander (Level 4) can deploy to production
- NO financial access - Payment systems, accounts, and financial data are restricted
- Your access level determines what you CAN access - everything else is prohibited
WARNING: Attempting to access systems beyond your authorization level is grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- All proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies
- Technical architecture, code, and system designs
- User data, customer information, and analytics
- Internal communications, plans, and roadmaps
- Any information not publicly available on our website
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of this agreement for a period of 5 years.
4. NON-COMPETE CLAUSE
During your engagement and for 12 months after termination, you agree not to:
- Create, develop, or contribute to competing products or services
- Solicit or recruit other team members for competing ventures
- Use Company knowledge to benefit direct competitors
- Disclose Company strategies to competitors
5. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination:
- All access will be immediately revoked
- You must return or destroy all Company materials
- IP ownership remains with the Company
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
PLAIN ENGLISH: We can part ways anytime. When we do, you leave everything behind and keep our secrets secret.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to:
- Act with integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Respect other team members and their contributions
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Follow the established role hierarchy and escalation procedures
- Report any security concerns or violations immediately
- Never misrepresent your access level or authority
7. LIABILITY LIMITATION
You acknowledge that:
- The Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk
- No employment relationship is created by this agreement unless explicitly stated
8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
